Doula Services
- Initial discovery meeting to see if we are a good match (in-person or virtual)
- 24/7 phone, email, and text support the moment of hire
- Up to 2 prenatal appointments (with both Kelsey & Nealee)
- Assistance with personalizing birth preferences sheet
- Continuous labor and birth support, from time requested to join and up to 2 hours postpartum (attended by either Kelsey or Nealee)
- 1 postpartum visit (with both Kelsey & Nealee)
- Photos and videos on your camera, if desired
- Access to our lending library
Pricing
Support from 2 doulas for $1400
(we never want pricing to be a barrier for doula services. Please email or call for information on pricing tiers and payment plans)
Postpartum Care
- Initial discovery meeting to see if we are a good match, in-person or virtual (if already a birth doula client no initial meeting required)
- 24/7 phone, email, and text support the moment of hire
- In home care for birthing person, partner, siblings(s), & baby(s)
- Relaxation techniques
- Light cleaning & cooking
- Process labor and birth with you
- Lactation advice if requested
Pricing
Day $30hr (1 baby), Overnight $35hr (1 baby)

Yoga & Reiki
Most sessions and classes held at Inspiring Actions Yoga Studios
in Hudson, WI or River Falls, WI with some available virtaully.
